Victoria grew up in North Carolina. She
received a golf scholarship from East
Carolina University where she graduated
with a triple major in mathematics,
economics, and political science. Victoria
became involved in politics after she joined
a group of college athlete advocates
lobbying for a bill in the North Carolina
General Assembly. Since then she has
worked on local political campaigns and
volunteering for the local party. In her free
time she enjoys reading, writing, and
watching Netflix with her husband and their
dogs Phoebe and Kennedy.
