Why You Should Throw a Galantine's Day Party

I am the self proclaimed queen of Galantine's Day. It is my favorite holiday after my birthday and Christmas. The last three years I have been hosting the Galantine's celebration of my friends. I am very excited to do it again this year. I've done my research and I have picked maybe my favorite theme so far.

Galantine's Day has become popular over the last ten years. I think it started with Leslie Knopp from Parks and Rec, tv show. The concept is getting your female friends together and celebrating female love and friendship. When I heard of it, I thought "Sign me up! It's right up my alley." I think it's incredibly important for women to get together and celebrate the beauty of womanhood and how uniquely different we are as woman. My heart behind every party is for all of my friends to feel loved and just enjoy being a girl.
